In a moment of Facebook excellence, I found out that you can import an RSS feed right onto your Facebook Wall. I had been asked about this a couple of times for WordPress Posts, but hadn't actually figured out how to do it. So I figured I would post it up here in case anyone else needed to figure it out.
How do I do it?
Log yourself into Facebook and head here: http://www.facebook.com/editnotes.php?import. In the Web URL input box add the address of your RSS feed. What is the address of your RSS feed? Here are some of the WordPress RSS feed urls:

| All Posts (no permalinks): | http://example.com/?feed=rss |
| Category: | http://example.com/category/categoryname/feed |
| Tag: | http://example.com/tag/tagname/feed |
| Author: | http://example.com/author/authorname/feed |
Click "Start the Import" and Facebook will grab everything from your RSS feed and add a note for each post. In your left navigation (atleast that is where it is now, who knows when Facebook will switch it up again) go to your notes page and you should see one for each of your posts. Publishing new notes also shows up on your wall and friends news feeds.
Facebook says that it will update from the feed every couple of hours, but it warns you to limit the number of posts you upload per day. Too many posts could disable your account. Oh yeah, and you can only import from one RSS feed per blog.
Update: 22 hours later, my Facebook has not been updated...
